Instructions

Season the pork shoulder and sear it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 10 minutes.

Add the plantain, sweet potato and scotch bonnet pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the thyme, coconut milk, lime juice and allspice for 4 minutes.

Warm the coco bread separately.

Let the pork simmer for about 7 minutes so it becomes tender.
