Instructions

Season the white fish fillets and braise them over medium-high heat until well browned, about 4 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic, cooking until softened, about 7 minutes.

Stir in the extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and oregano for 2 minutes.

Warm the ciabatta separately.

Let the fish simmer gently for about 8 minutes so it stays flaky and the flavors meld.
