200gramen or udon noodles
200gshiitake mushrooms
4baby bok choy, halved
1.2Lbeef stock
3 tbspgochujang
2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspsesame oil

Bring stock to simmer with gochujang, soy, garlic and sesame oil.
