1/2 cupplain flour
1 tspCajun seasoning
1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspcapers, chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 tsplemon juice
Instructions

Mix cornmeal, flour, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Coat catfish in cornmeal mixture.

Fry at 180°C for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Make remoulade: mix mayo, mustard, hot sauce, capers, garlic and lemon.
