1/2 cupedamame
1 cupdaikon
1 cupsoba noodles
1/4 cupwasabi

2 tbspolive oil

Season the pork belly and roast it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the edamame and daikon, cooking until softened, about 6 minutes.
