150gedamame

200gnapa cabbage
4 servingsudon noodles
1 tbspmiso paste
1/4 cupsesame seeds

1 tspsoy sauce
2 tbspolive oil

Instructions

Cube the tofu and season it, then braise over medium-high heat until well browned, about 6 minutes.

Add the edamame, daikon and napa cabbage, cooking until softened, about 6 minutes.

Stir in the miso paste, sesame seeds, mirin and soy sauce for 3 minutes.

Cook the udon noodles separately according to package directions.

Let the tofu simmer for about 5 minutes so the flavors meld.

Taste and adjust the seasoning.
