Agua de Tamarindo

Agua de Tamarindo

Tangy tamarind water — sweet, sour and completely refreshing. Pressing the dissolved tamarind pulp firmly through a sieve is what extracts every bit of its tart flavour into the water, leaving only the fibrous solids behind.
