1kgchicken wings or pieces
100gcornflour
50gplain flour
1 tspbaking powder
3 tbspgochujang
3 tbsphoney
2 tbspsoy sauce
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1 tbspsesame oil
1Lvegetable oil for frying
2 tbspsesame seeds
2spring onions, sliced
Instructions

Mix cornflour, flour and baking powder with a pinch of salt.

Coat chicken pieces thoroughly in flour mixture.

Fry in 170C oil for 8 minutes, remove and rest 5 minutes.

Increase oil to 190C, fry chicken a second time 3-4 minutes until very crispy.

Mix gochujang, honey, soy, garlic and sesame oil in a pan, warm through.

Toss hot chicken in sauce to coat.

Scatter with sesame seeds and spring onions, serve immediately.
