Beef Schnitzel

Golden crumbed beef schnitzel served with chips, salad and lemon — an Aussie take on an Austrian classic. Pressing the breadcrumbs firmly onto the crumbed beef before it hits the oil is what keeps the crust attached and crisp, rather than flaking off in the pan.
