Beef Bulgogi Bowls
Korean-American beef bulgogi bowls with rice, cucumber and kimchi. Blending pear into the marinade alongside the soy and garlic is what tenderises the beef naturally, letting a quick two-to-three-minute sear turn it caramelised rather than tough.
