1 cuptoasted seed and chili paste
3 / 2 cupspotato and green beans

Toast the seeds and dried chilies in a dry pan until fragrant.

Blend into a smooth paste with a little water.

Simmer the chicken pieces in the spiced paste, thinned with stock, for about 30 minutes until nearly cooked through.

Add the potato and green beans and simmer until everything is tender, about 15-20 more minutes. Serve with rice.
