Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls
Fresh Vietnamese summer rolls with prawns, avocado, vermicelli and herbs. Dipping the rice paper in warm water for just 10 seconds, not longer, leaves it pliable enough to roll without turning so soft it tears the moment you touch it.
