Ingredients
4pork tonkatsu (crumbed pork cutlets, fried)
4 portionssteamed rice
1onion, thinly sliced
400mldashi stock
4 tbspsoy sauce
4 tbspmirin
1 tbspsake
1 tspsugar
6eggs, beaten
Instructions

Simmer dashi, soy, mirin, sake and sugar in a small pan.

Add onion slices. Cook 3 minutes.

Slice tonkatsu. Add to pan.

Pour 2 beaten eggs over. Cover.

Cook 1–2 minutes until eggs are just set.

Slide over steamed rice.
