Ingredients

1.5Lquality chicken stock
3 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspmirin
1 tspsesame oil
4 portionsfresh ramen noodles
4slices chashu chicken or pork
4soy-marinated eggs, halved
bamboo shoots, corn and norito garnish
spring onionsto serve

Instructions

Season hot chicken stock with soy, mirin and sesame oil. Taste and adjust.

Cook ramen noodles separately, drain.

Place noodles in warmed bowls.

Ladle hot broth over.

Arrange chashu, egg, bamboo shoots, corn and nori. Scatter spring onions.
