1 clovegarlic, minced
1 handfulfresh coriander
4 tbspmayonnaise

80gcotija or feta, crumbled

Melt butter in a pan over high heat, add corn kernels and garlic.

Cook stirring until corn is charred in spots, about 5–7 minutes.

Remove from heat, add coriander.
