400gpotatoes, cubed
1white onion, sliced
1carrot, sliced
100ggreen beans, trimmed
3 tbspsoy sauce
3 tbspmirin
1 tbspsake
1 tbspsugar
500mldashi or water

Instructions

Heat oil in a pot, briefly stir-fry meat. Add onion, cook 3 minutes.

Add potatoes and carrot.

Add dashi, soy, mirin, sake and sugar. Bring to boil.

Simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.

Add green beans in last 3 minutes. Serve in deep bowls.
