Spam Musubi

Spam Musubi

Hawaii's favourite snack — a slice of pan-fried Spam on rice, wrapped in nori, eaten out of hand. Pressing the rice into a firm, compact block the same size as the Spam gives musubi its structure, so it holds together in hand instead of falling apart.
