200gsemolina (rava)
1onion, diced
2green chillies, sliced
1 tspginger, minced
1 tspmustard seeds
1 tspcumin seeds
10curry leaves
50gcashews
1carrot, diced
50gpeas
500mlwater
3 tbspghee
Instructions

Dry-roast semolina until fragrant and lightly golden. Set aside.

Heat ghee, add mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves and cashews until sputtering.

Add onion, ginger, chilli and carrot. Cook 5 minutes.

Add peas and water. Bring to boil.

Slowly add semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook 3–4 minutes.

Serve with coconut chutney.
