1 loafbrioche or thick white bread, cubed
6eggs
2 cupswhole milk
1/2 cupcream
3 tbspmaple syrup
1 tbspvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon
pinchnutmeg
3 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspbutter, cubed
Instructions

Arrange bread cubes in a greased baking dish.

Whisk eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter.

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve with maple syrup.
