Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen)

Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen)

Cold ramen noodles served separately from a concentrated hot dipping broth. Simmering the broth until it's noticeably reduced and intensified makes it strong enough to properly season the cold noodles you dip into it.
