Hawaiian Poke Bowl

Hawaiian Poke Bowl

A classic Hawaiian bowl of raw tuna cubed with soy, sesame oil, onion and seaweed. Marinating the tuna for just 10 minutes is enough to season it without the acid and salt starting to cure and firm up the delicate raw fish.
