Overnight Oats with Blueberries

Overnight Oats with Blueberries

No-cook overnight oats with chia, blueberries and honey — breakfast ready when you wake up. Chia seeds are what give it a pudding-like set rather than soupy oats, so don't skip them even if the amount looks small.

Ingredients

1 cuprolled oats
1 cupwhole milk or oat milk
1 tbspchia seeds
2 tbsphoney
½ tspvanilla
1 cupfresh blueberries
¼ cupgranola
2 tbspalmond butter

Instructions

1

Mix the oats, milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla together in a jar, stirring well so the chia does not clump at the bottom.

2

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours, so the oats soften and the chia thickens the mixture into a pudding-like texture.

3

In the morning, stir once to loosen.

4

Top with fresh blueberries, granola and a spoonful of almond butter just before eating so the granola stays crunchy.
