1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
2 tspWorcestershire sauce

4burger buns, toasted
4 slicescanned beetroot
4 ringscanned pineapple
4fried eggs
4 slicescheddar cheese
lettuce, tomato and tomato sauceto serve

Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs and Worcestershire. Season. Shape into 4 patties.

Grill or pan-fry patties 4 minutes per side. Add cheese for the last minute.
