Berry Yogurt Bark

Frozen yogurt bark studded with berries — a genuinely lighter alternative to ice cream. Spreading the yogurt to an even thickness matters more than it sounds; too thin and it shatters into shards instead of snappable pieces.

2 cupsgreek yogurt
1 cupmixed berries
2 tbsphoney

Instructions

1

Line a tray with baking paper and spread the yogurt into an even layer, roughly 1cm thick, right to the edges.

2

Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the top, pressing them gently into the yogurt so they do not roll off.

3

Drizzle with honey.

4

Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid, then break or cut into irregular pieces and keep frozen until ready to eat.
