150gbeef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 cupspinach, blanched
1 cupshiitake mushrooms, sliced
1carrot, julienned
1red bell pepper, julienned

4 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspsesame oil
1 tbspsugar
3 clovesgarlic
