200gokra, sliced

Rub chicken with garlic and salt. Marinate 30 minutes.

Heat palm oil in a heavy pot. Brown chicken in batches.

Add tomatoes and chillies. Stir.

Add 200ml water. Braise covered 30 minutes.

Add okra. Simmer uncovered 15 more minutes until sauce is rich and thick. Serve with rice.
