6 clovesgarlic, minced
5bird eye chillis, minced
3 tbspoyster sauce
2 tbspfish sauce
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspsugar
3 large handfulsholy basil
3 tbspvegetable oil
4eggs, fried
steamed jasmine riceto serve
Instructions

Heat wok over maximum heat, add oil.

Fry garlic and chilli 30 seconds until very fragrant.

Add pork mince, stir-fry breaking up until cooked and caramelised.

Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy and sugar.

Toss over high heat until sauce reduces and coats pork.

Remove from heat, toss through holy basil.

Serve over rice with a crispy fried egg on top.
