400gGruyere, grated
200gEmmental, grated
1 cupdry white wine
1 clovegarlic, halved
2 tbspcornflour
2 tbspkirsch
pinchnutmeg
crusty bread, apple and cornichonsto serve
Instructions

Rub inside of a fondue pot with garlic. Heat wine.

Toss cheese with cornflour. Add to wine in handfuls, stirring in a figure-8.

Stir in kirsch and nutmeg when smooth.

Transfer to a fondue burner.

Serve with dippers.
