600gcooked Japanese short-grain rice, warm
1 tspsalt
6 sheetsnori, cut into strips
100gcanned tuna mixed with Japanese mayo
2 tbsppickled plum (umeboshi) paste
2 tbspsalmon flakes with soy

Season warm rice lightly with salt.

Wet hands, take a cup of rice, make a well, fill with your chosen filling.
