1 cupsweet potato

Season the chicken thigh fillets and sear them over medium-high heat until well browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the silverbeet, sweet potato and pumpkin, cooking until softened, about 7 minutes.

Stir in the tomato relish, lemon myrtle, vegemite glaze and macadamia nuts for 3 minutes.

Cook the jasmine rice separately and fluff with a fork.
