Beat eggs, milk and flour with a pinch of salt into a smooth thin batter.

Add a little dripping to each hole in a 12-hole muffin tin.

Heat in a 220°C oven until oil is smoking, about 10 minutes.

Quickly pour batter into hot oil — it should sizzle.
