2 stalkscelery, diced
2 tbspplain flour
1Lbeef stock
200mlred wine
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspmixed herbs
2 tbspbutter
salt and pepperto taste

Brown beef in butter. Remove.

Sauté vegetables 5 minutes. Stir in flour.

Add wine, stock, Worcestershire and herbs. Return beef.

Simmer 1.5 hours until beef is tender.
