1 cupred wine
2 tinscrushed tomatoes

1 tspdried thyme
400gspaghetti
parmesanto serve

Instructions

Sauté onion, carrot and celery in oil 10 minutes.

Add beef and pork. Brown well.

Add garlic, tomato paste and wine. Cook 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer 1.5 hours on very low.

Stir in milk. Cook pasta. Serve with parmesan.
