Crispy Chilli Beef
Shredded crispy fried beef tossed in a sweet, sticky chilli sauce — a Chinese restaurant staple. Tossing the freshly fried beef through the hot sauce quickly and briefly is what coats it evenly while keeping the crispy coating intact, rather than letting it sit and turn soggy in the sauce.
