Ingredients
400gpaneer, cubed and fried until golden
400gcrushed tomatoes
200mldouble cream
60gbutter
1large onion, diced
4 clovesgarlic, minced
2cmfresh ginger, minced
2 tbsptomato paste
2 tspgaram masala
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspturmeric
3 tbspvegetable oil
1 tspkasuri methi
1 handfulfresh coriander
Instructions

Fry onion in oil and half the butter until golden, add garlic and ginger.

Add tomato paste and all spices, cook 2 minutes.

Add crushed tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes.

Blend sauce until smooth, return to pan.

Add cream, remaining butter and kasuri methi.

Simmer 10 minutes until rich and glossy.

Add fried paneer, coat in sauce and heat through.

Scatter with coriander and serve with naan.
