200ggarlic
200gcauliflower
200gginger
1 cupbiryani rice
to tastegaram masala
1/4 cupcoriander powder
2 tbspolive oil
to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

Cube the paneer and season it, then bake over medium-high heat until well browned, about 9 minutes.

Add the garlic and cauliflower, cooking until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the ginger, garam masala and coriander powder for 3 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the biryani rice separately and fluff with a fork.
