Instructions

Melt sugar in an ovenproof pan until golden caramel.

Add butter and stir.

Arrange plums cut-side down in caramel.

Top with puff pastry, tucking edges in.

Bake at 200°C for 25-28 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert to serve.
