Ingredients

For piri-piri: 8fresh red chillies
6 clovesgarlic
100mlolive oil
3 tbsplemon juice
1 tsppaprika
1 tspsalt
2 tbspred wine vinegar

Instructions

Blend all piri-piri ingredients until smooth.

Marinate chicken in two-thirds of the sauce for at least 4 hours.

Grill over charcoal or in oven at 200°C for 45–50 minutes, turning and basting.
