60gbutter
60gplain flour
600mlwhole milk
200mlfish stock
2 tbspwholegrain mustard
1 handfulflat-leaf parsley
1.2kgfloury potatoes, boiled and mashed
100gcheddar, grated
Instructions

Make sauce: melt butter, add flour, cook 2 minutes. Add milk and stock, stir until thick.

Add mustard and parsley. Season.

Combine fish and prawns in a baking dish. Pour sauce over.

Top with mashed potato. Rough up surface. Scatter cheddar.

Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
