1/2 cupsweet potato
150gscotch bonnet pepper
1 cupfried plantain
2 tbspcoconut milk
1 tbspthyme
2 tbspolive oil

Instructions

Season the goat meat and bake it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 5 minutes.
