Garlic Butter Crab Noodles
Singapore-inspired crab noodles stir-fried with butter, garlic, spring onions and fish sauce. Cooking the garlic slowly in butter until just golden, rather than rushing it on high heat, gives these noodles their fragrant depth instead of a bitter, burnt edge.
