1 cupmashed cooked pumpkin
2 cupsself-raising flour
2 tbspcaster sugar
pinchsalt
1/2 tspcinnamon
pinchnutmeg
1 tbspbutter, melted
1/4 cupmilk
butter and golden syrupto serve
Instructions

Mix pumpkin, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Add melted butter and enough milk to form a soft dough.

Pat to 2cm thick. Cut into rounds.

Bake at 220°C for 12-15 minutes.
