500gfresh spinach, wilted and squeezed dry
300gfeta cheese, crumbled
2eggs
4spring onions, sliced
1 handfulfresh dill
1 pinchnutmeg
10 sheetsfilo pastry
100gbutter, melted
sesame seedsto top
Instructions

Mix spinach, feta, eggs, spring onions, dill and nutmeg into filling.

Season well.

Lay 2 sheets of filo, brushing each with butter.

Place a line of filling along one long edge.

Roll into a tight log.

Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.

Brush rolls with butter, scatter with sesame seeds.
