300gpaneer, grated
300gpotatoes, boiled and mashed
50gcornflour
1 tspgaram masala
2large onions, diced
4 clovesgarlic, minced
2cmfresh ginger, minced
80gcashews, soaked
400gcrushed tomatoes
200mldouble cream
1 tspturmeric
1 tspchilli powder
4 tbspghee
oil for frying koftas
Instructions

Mix paneer, potato, cornflour and garam masala into a smooth dough.

Shape into small balls, fry in hot oil until golden, drain.

Blend cashews with water into a smooth paste.

Fry onion in ghee until golden, add garlic and ginger.

Add spices, tomatoes and cashew paste, cook 10 minutes.

Blend sauce until smooth, return to pan.

Add cream and simmer 10 minutes.

Add koftas just before serving to keep them from breaking.
