Thai-Style Fishcakes
Australian cafe-style Thai fishcakes with red curry paste, kaffir lime and sweet chilli. Blending the fish mixture until it turns properly sticky and paste-like, rather than just combined, gives the fishcakes their springy, bouncy texture.
