2 stalkslemongrass
3pandan leaves
1 tspsalt
100gdried anchovies, fried crispy
100groasted peanuts
4hard-boiled eggs
cucumber slicesto serve
sambalto serve

Instructions

Cook rice with coconut milk, water, ginger, lemongrass and pandan leaves.
