Easy Croissant Bread Pudding
Buttery croissants soaked in custard and baked until golden and puffed — using slightly stale croissants rather than fresh ones actually works better, since they soak up the custard without turning to mush.

Ingredients
6stale croissants, torn
4eggs
2 cups / 1/2 cupmilk and sugar
Instructions
1
Whisk the eggs, milk and sugar together thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture looks pale and well combined.
2
Arrange the torn croissants in a baking dish and pour the custard evenly over the top.
3
Let it sit for 20 minutes so the croissants fully absorb the liquid before baking.
4
Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes until puffed, golden and just set in the centre, it should still have a slight wobble. Rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
