200gbutter, softened
1/2 cupicing sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 cupplain flour
1/2 cupself-raising flour
1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
1 cupicing sugar
80gbutter, softened
2 tbspstrawberry jam
1 tspmilk
Instructions

Beat butter, icing sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.

Mix in both flours and coconut. Roll into walnut-sized balls and flatten on lined trays.

Use a fork to press a pattern. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes. Cool.

Beat filling: icing sugar, butter, jam and milk until smooth.
