500gpork belly, slow-roasted with crispy skin
4banh mi rolls or demi-baguettes
1 cuppickled carrot and daikon (julienned, rice vinegar and sugar)
4 tbsphoisin sauce
4 tbspmayonnaise
fresh coriander and jalapeñoto serve
sliced cucumberto serve

Instructions

Roast pork belly until skin crackles.

Cool slightly. Slice thinly.
