3 cupsstrong white flour
7gdried yeast
1/2 cupwarm milk
1/2 cupwarm water
50gbutter, melted
2 tbspcaster sugar
1 tspsalt
1egg
50gbutter, softened for filling
1/2 cupbrown sugar for filling
1 tspcinnamon for filling
150gmixed dried fruit for filling
2 tbsphoney for glaze
Instructions

Mix dough: flour, yeast, milk, water, butter, sugar, salt and egg. Knead 10 minutes. Rest 1 hour.

Roll to rectangle. Spread with butter. Scatter sugar, cinnamon and fruit.

Roll up tightly. Cut into 12 slices. Pack into a greased tin.

Rest 30 minutes.

Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes. Brush with honey glaze.
